and necessary information on the history of the product, the production process
and other important factors (feed used, vaccination, veterinary record etc.) required by the customers.
Product food safety is ensured by using legitimate and natural ingredients throughout production,
by veterinary surveillance of the production process, and by maintaining clean and healthy sea conditions.
Records of fish feed and raw material used in feed production, veterinary reports and other
information concerning physicaland chemical aspects relating to both production process and product,
can be provide on request. |
